| Description |
At the valley gorge of Misan-ri, Yangseong-myeon of Anseong City is the Mirinae Catholic Shrine. Enshrined within are the remains of Kim Dae-geon, the nation's first catholic priest who ultimately died for his beliefs. Established in 1895 by the Catholic Church, it served as shelter for its followers during the catholic persecution. Upon the Pope's visit to Korea in May of 1984, it was sanctified by his 103rd canonization ceremony.

| Transportation |
Bus: Take a bus for Anseong at Seoul Express Bus Terminal. It takes about 1 hour. Then take a city bus for Mirinae Shrine at Anseong.
Car: Exit from the Gyeongbu Expressway at the Anseong Tollgate and take state route #18 past Yangseong-myeon, then take state route #45 and go straight ahead towards Mirinae from Changseo-ri.
