Yaksadong Valley |
| Description |
In the vicinity of Jadeunghyeon-Gogae Hill, which forms the border with Pocheon-si's Ildong-myeon and Cheolwon-gun's Seo-myeon, Gangwon-do, are several untouched valleys. Most beautiful among them are the Yaksadong and Sanghae Valleys.
Yaksadong Valley runs south-west across Gyeonggi-do's Jadeunghyeon towards the southern bank of Gakheulbong Peak. The deeper the valley, the more impressive the odd-shaped rocks and luxuriant woods. The Sanghae Valley which is located in the region of Gangwon-do, a short distance away from Jadeunghyeon, is another splendid sight waiting to be discovered.
